There are 37 Lots in Te Weka, with a range of heights, views, and aspects.
The remaining 112 hectres (the vast majority of the Estate land) will always remain as common land.
Stage One covers Lots 8 (under contract), 9 (sold), 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 (under contract), & 37, with titles expected early 2025. These Lots are all 2,500m2.
